- The core trip planner is free. A paid Pro tier is planned; prices will be displayed on the /pricing page and at checkout before purchase, inclusive of Japanese consumption tax where applicable.

- Credit card via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover).
- Payment timing
- Charged immediately at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period until cancelled.
- Service delivery
- Paid features become available immediately once payment is confirmed.
- Refunds and cancellations
- Digital services are generally non-refundable. As an exception, we accept refund requests within 3 days of purchase if the paid feature has not yet been used. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account; cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period.

- None beyond the listed price. The customer is responsible for their own internet connection and device costs.
